Acrylic Shell forming workshop has equipped with automatic digital molding machine, infrared continuous temperature measurement, accurate measurement of temperature and water vapor, uniform heating, fast speed, molding temperature can be adjusted according to the climate change, to ensure the molding temperature cylinder quality and energy saving.
Shell Reinforcement
Reinforcement workshop continuously optimizes the process standards and operating procedures, equiped multiple intelligent robotic arms, using the production procedures with the optimal process, with the lowest cost, and the optimal energy saving and emission reduction through multi-probe, multi-sensing, the whole process of automatic control operation and production.
Automatic Cutting/Polishing
Assembling workshop, with six assembly lines，all materials used for assembly are raw materials that meet environmental protection requirements and product safety, energy saving.
Accessory Assembly

Hydraulic/Electric Test
Lovia Spas has a very strict quality testing system. All spas have to pass the water testing for 12 hours,and then the get the second testing for the appearance, strictly control the functions and details of the products;

Cabinet assembly workshop is an important job in assembling the skirt, the assembled bathtub will undergo the final step of cleaning, packaging
Packing
